Paulina Gallelli brings over 12 years of diverse experience in staffing management to ER Associates. Paulina’s background consists of a variety of knowledge in primary operations and large volume accountants staffing up to 1,200 employees within one week. Her operational guidance encompasses start-up branches leading up to sole exclusivity on some of the largest events around the country. Many of her talents to learn new programs, educate, execute and train new employees in the workforce on short term opportunities has secured direct placements for outside employees. Paulina’s positive and flexible way of thinking is a driving force.
Prior to joining our team at ER Associates, Paulina served as Director of Customer Service, Operations, and Recruiting at Nesco. While there she planned and developed the division from the ground up. She was responsible for managing large-scale projects, vendor relations, service agreements, telemarketing functions, marketing database, and an 8-member cross-functional team comprised of marketing, recruiting and operations professionals. Notably, Paulina was the leader of her team, delivering $250k to $ 5.5 million dollars in sales within 2 years. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, she was awarded Presidents Choice for dedication and outstanding service to the company and customers.
Paulina attended the Rochester Business Institute where she majored in Business Management & Marketing. A resident of Greece, NY, Paulina has two daughters and takes pleasure in spending time with her family and helping others.
