Joining us in 2009, Mark leverages over 30 years of experience in recruiting, staffing and account management in his role as a Career Transition Consultant. His diverse experience in the temporary help, contract technical and permanent placement industries provides him with a strong understanding of a wide range of technical and professional disciplines. This experience allows him to understand the unique requirements of his outplacement participants and to develop a personalized career transition strategy for each one of them. Whether working one on one, or leading a group workshop, Mark eagerly shares his knowledge on many topics including resume writing, networking, job search strategies, interviewing, and evaluating and negotiating job offers.
- Since joining Employee Relations Associates in the fall of 2009, Mark has assisted over 200 outplacement participants, guiding, counseling and encouraging them through the career transition process.
- While working as a Sr. Recruiter for a national contingency search firm, Mark was responsible for making over 150 technical and professional placements generating over $1.75M in professional search fees.
- As a Branch Manager for a national contract technical services firm, Mark was responsible for managing branch operations and profit objectives for a $5M branch with over 100 technical employees.
- Directly involved in the placement of over 1000 candidates in technical and professional contract/consulting assignments over a sixteen year period as a Sr. Recruiter/Account Manager with Butler International.
- BS in Business Administration from State University of New York, College at Brockport, NY.
- Certified CPI (Career Partners International) Career Transition Consultant.
- Married with two grown children, Mark and his wife Mary Jo enjoy spending time with their families, friends and traveling.
