Glenn Alves, has over 23 years of International Business Development and Client Relationship Experience in growing strategic accounts. He has spent his last 15 years focused on developing Enterprise-Class customers, consulting and providing outsourced strategic services. Complex staffing and software services, including eLearning ASP platforms, web-based digital media, and business process optimization were sold to some of the world’s largest companies (HP, Boeing, Microsoft, Kroger, and Xerox to name a few). His impact in effectively consulting these enterprise customers with outsourcing solutions has driven revenues for these clients’ programs in excess of eight figures annually. Strategically penetrating, winning, and growing enterprise clients is what sets Glenn apart as an elite Business Development and Account Relationship expert.

 

Glenn started his business career with Xerox Corporation, an organization known for producing top-notch executives via its business development training and tactics. Success with clients such as Albertson’s, Hewlett Packard, and Boise Cascade produced record years of revenue for the Xerox Northwest Region and successive years of Presidents Club recognition for Glenn. After nearly 5 years with Xerox, Glenn relocated to Detroit where he helped devise Kelly Services Inc’s initial National Account Group, which grew $200 million in revenue during his 8 year tenure and now accounts for over a billion dollars in the company’s annual revenues. Glenn personally managed and grew several National Accounts, in excess of $50 million in potential annually, to double-digit increases. Focused expertise with consulting on outsourced HR and staffing services included Vendor Management Services (VMS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Vendor-on- Premise (VOP) programs . Successful Master Service Awards included devising Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Total Quality Management (TQM), and managing Executive Sponsor Support (ESS) for critical client resolution management. Client retention and contract renewal success was unsurpassed during his tenure.

 

Glenn has traveled extensively throughout the US and Europe in his Key Account Director and Consulting Management responsibilities while residing in Boise, Idaho for the past 12 years where he enjoys the outdoors and quality of life for him, his wife Julie, and two kids, Gage and Jackie. He is fluent in Dutch and a dual-citizen.
