Prior to joining ER Associates, Eileen was a Recruiter for Technisource, a division of SFN Group. At Technisource, she was responsible for recruiting IT professionals at all levels from help desk to high-end developers and managers. Earlier on in her recruiting career, she sourced accounting professionals for public and private companies. 

Before her career change, Eileen was an Accounting Manager for Manning and Napier and Accounting Supervisor for Element K, where she spent six years after being promoted from Senior Accountant. Additionally, she was an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche. 

Eileen prides herself on understanding both the clients and candidates needs and leveraging her business knowledge. Over the last five years she has developed solid relationships with many individuals in and out of the Rochester area. 

Educationally, Eileen holds a BS in Accounting from SUNY Fredonia. She is a resident of Fairport and enjoys spending time with her husband and two busy children, as well as her friends.
